  2. Polyester/Viscose, CVC, and Poly/Cotton and others blended spun yarns in raw white as well as dyed.

For Home Furnishing and Decorative Fabrics we are offering you Polyester Monofilament Yarns in 20D and 30D in Semi Dull, Raw White and Black.

FULL DRAWN YARN (FDY)

We can offer FDY from 40D till 300D in SD and Trilobal. Also we can offer you in Dyed.

NYLON YARNS

We offer Nylon 6 Yarns in Dope and Hank Dyed in 70 and 110 Deniers 24 filaments 2, 3 and 4 ply and also Twist up to 80 TPM for end use in Lingerie, Socks, Intimate Apparels, Nightwear, Elastic Tapes, Webbings, Medical Textiles etc. We also offer Nylon 6 RW in 22D/7F, 33D/10F, 44D/12F, 78D/24 and 78D/68F. Also we are offering Nylon 66 in 70D/24F/2 80 TPM. For your convenience we can also offer LCL Shipments for Nylon Dyed. We also offer Nylon 66 in 22D/20F/1, 22D/20F/2, 44D/34F/1, 44D/34F/2 and 78D/68F/1, 78D/68F/2.

POLYESTER TEXTURIZED HIGH BULK

This is new product which we have added in our product list and this is replacing expensive Nylon Yarns with almost same feel. This product has wide application in Underwear, Lingerie, Intimate Apparels and Elastics. These are offered dyed in 70/48/2 and in150/48/2. If you need we can send you the samples also.

100% ACRYLIC & WROSTED YARNS

Cones & Hank, Greige, Dyed & Mélange NM 10 to 80 single/double/multifold Yarns. They can also be offered with blends with Polyester, Wool, Viscose and Cotton Fiber. They can be offered in normal and high Bulk also. We can offer Worsted Yarns in different wool microns also. These woolen fibers are specially procured from New Zealand and Australia.

Grey Fabrics

HUTEX has the potential to source & supply high quality and a variety of finest woven fabrics for Apparel, Work wear, Home Textile, Furnishing, Dobby and Jacquard fabrics in Cotton USA, Supima, Organic (OE and GOTS), BCI, and Egyptian cotton fabrics.

Product mix ranges from light to heavy; narrow to wider width, plain, textured, twills, luxurious satins, dobby, jacquard, yarn dyed, mélange and stretch fabrics.

Hutex is excited to be offering exclusive, imported fashion denim and fancy related fabric. This exceptional material is found in the most expensive jean and sportswear apparel on the market. It is used by famous brand names and is created using the finest materials in the world. Originating from Pakistan, India, Turkey, Italy, Japan and China, the denim is available as stretch and non-stretch solids, prints and denims.

You don’t need to buy truckloads of fabric to get great prices and service from HUTEX.

We specialize in working with the small to mid-sized companies and help promote your products thru our website.

We are flexible to supply as minimum as 50 yards to as many as several hundred thousand yards.

An order of 50 yards will be sold per customer and limited quantities are available. Inventory will vary slightly each week. We are happy to supply fabrics work the best for your needs. Samples are provided upon request.

Prints

There are two ways you can work with us for print design:

  1. Bring us your design, or,
  2. Work with our designers to create an original design to meet your needs.

Though it is preferable to submit a complete art file, our sourcing mills Design Department can offer creative design from our in-house painters/computer CAD artists, as well as off-shore design studios and licensed artists if necessary. Depending on the extent of art services needed, a fee may be required.

Printing minimums: Printing minimums vary depending on the printing method you choose. Screen printing minimums are generally 3000 yds. per design and 1000 yards per color. If your needs are less than this, you might consider our in-house digital printing option, which offers much lower minimums. Learn more about digital printing here. Yarn-dyed Plaids and Stripes

We design and produce a wide range of yarn-dyed fabrics in various weights and constructions. Minimums are generally 1000 – 3000 yds. per color/pattern.

Solid Dyed

Most fabrics in our open line are available for dyeing in your custom colors. Minimums range from 500 – 3000 yds. per color depending on the item. We can also use our international mill connections to source your specific fabric needs.

Collaboration with Korean Mills

HUTEX also works in collaboration with companies like DAECHANG® Korea, providing our market with high quality Korean fabrics that can be easily re-ordered. The bulk of the fabric is stored in Korea warehouse with regularly scheduled shipments by boat and air.

Our Custom Fabric Sourcing and Design Department is prepared to handle your custom fabric needs, whether they be for  custom raw white grey, print fabrics,  custom yarn-dyed plaids and stripes, or  custom solid dyed fabrics.
